NO MORE CLASSES FOR 2024
Farmer Jess takes you through the steps of making our customer favorite Chevre. After the cheese making and cheese log rolling demonstration, all participants roll their own cheese log and then decorate it with edible flowers grown right here on the farm. When finished, Farmer Jess will bring you back to meet the goats who supplied the milk that was made into the cheese used for class. All participants bring their cheese log home with them at the end of the class. Class size limited to 10 participants, larger groups can be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.
