From the asphalt, to the suburbs, to first generation farmers.
We began raising our family inner city Portland, Maine so when our lives got pushed to the suburbs of metro NY, farming was the last thing people expected of us.
However, sustainability, community, and nutrition have always played a huge role in our lives. Starting Lobster Hill Farm, raising nutrient dense foods, nurturing our family and our community just seemed to fit.
Farm store orders and CSA share pickups can be scheduled Tuesday/Friday evenings or Saturday morning.
We are located at 300 Foggintown Rd in Brewster, NY. Some GPS programs put the destination across the street and some put it way down the road. When arriving for a registered event someone will direct you where to park.
When joining us please remember that we are a working farm. While we do our best to keep things clean and tidy, mud and manure happen daily. Please dress appropriately.
Public restrooms are not available at this time. We apologies for any inconvenience.
Please feel free to bring a snack, water, sunscreen, bug spray, whatever it may be to ensure your time here is most enjoyable.
While we love animals, please no outside dogs on the farm. It can pose a biosecurity risk to our livestock.

Lobster Hill Farm is run by the kindest, most genuine people. I’m so glad to have the opportunity to buy food straight from the source. What a wonderful addition to our community!
We LOVED the goat snuggling!
Booked an hour with baby goat snuggling for my mothers birthday and i don’t think she could have been happier. Tuns of baby goats to play with and the owners are very nice and knowledgeable. Great cheese!
